Setting up email notifications in Gleen AI dashboard

How to Set Up Chat Notifications in Gleen AI

To stay updated with chat notifications, you can easily configure your notification settings in the Gleen dashboard.

  • Currently, we support only email notifications

  • All the admins and members related to the profile will receive notifications

Follow the steps below to get started:

1) To Receive AI Training Notifications

If you need notifications for every AI chat reply, here's how you can do it:

  1. Log into Gleen Dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. Toggle ON the option for "AI Training" to receive email notifications before, during and after the AI training.

Once enabled, all the profile admins will receive following email notifications:

  1. 24 hours before the scheduled AI training starts

  2. When the AI training begins

  3. When the AI training is completed

2) To Receive AI Chat Notifications:

If you need notifications for every AI chat reply, here's how you can do it:

  1. Log into Gleen Dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. Toggle ON the option for "AI Replies" to receive email notifications for every AI reply.
