Ship24 provides universal shipment tracking across hundreds of carriers worldwide. When enabled, Alhena can look up tracking information for any shipment and provide customers with real-time delivery status updates.
What Ship24 Enables
With Ship24, Alhena can help customers with:
Tracking status - Current location and status of their shipment
Delivery estimates - Expected delivery dates based on carrier data
Carrier information - Which carrier is handling their package
Transit history - Full tracking history showing each scan and location
Setup
In Alhena, go to Settings > Integrations
Find Ship24 and toggle it on
That's it - no additional configuration required.

When you enable Ship24, tracking capabilities are added to the order management agent:
