Freshdesk Knowledge Base Articles

Alhena AI can ingest articles from your Freshdesk Knowledge Base to train your AI on your existing support documentation.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to AI Settings > Knowledge Base

  2. Click Ingest from other sources and choose Freshdesk

  3. Enter your Freshdesk API key

  4. Enter your Freshdesk subdomain (e.g., support from support.freshdesk.com)

  5. Click Save to start the import

Finding Your API Key

  1. Log in to your Freshdesk account

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right

  3. Go to Profile Settings

  4. Your API key is displayed on the right side of the page
