HubSpot

Connect Alhena to HubSpot to enable human handoff for conversations that Alhena cannot answer.

Prerequisites

  • A HubSpot account with Service Hub

  • Admin access to your HubSpot account

  • At least one inbox configured in HubSpot

Setup

Step 1: Connect to HubSpot

  1. In the Alhena dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Find HubSpot and click Enable

  3. Click Connect to HubSpot

  4. You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the connection

  5. Review the permissions and click Connect app

Step 2: Select an Inbox

After authorization, you'll be prompted to select a HubSpot inbox:

  1. Choose the inbox where Alhena should send conversations

  2. Click Connect

Settings

Once connected, you can configure:

Sync non human-transferred tickets

When enabled, Alhena creates a ticket in HubSpot for any conversation after it closes, even if the user didn't provide their email.

Disconnecting

To disconnect HubSpot:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot

  2. Click Disconnect

  3. Confirm the disconnection
