Let customers reach your AI assistant through WhatsApp. Alhena connects to your WhatsApp Business account via Meta's embedded signup flow.
Prerequisites

A Meta Business account
Setup
In Alhena, go to Settings > Integrations
Find WhatsApp and toggle it on
A Meta login window will appear
Log in with your Meta Business account credentials
Authorize Alhena to access your WhatsApp Business account
Select the WhatsApp phone number to connect
Once connected, your WhatsApp phone number will appear in the integration card.
How It Works
When customers message your WhatsApp Business number, Alhena's AI responds automatically. The conversation follows the same guidelines and training as your web chat widget.
Disconnecting
WhatsApp cannot be disconnected from within Alhena. To remove the integration:
