# Shopify API

Alhena AI integrates with Shopify's API to retrieve detailed information about products from customer-connected Shopify stores. This integration facilitates responses to customer queries regarding product details, availability, and more. Alhena AI fetches all products visible to the end user and updates this data daily. Additionally, for specific user queries, Alhena AI directly calls the Shopify API to fetch order and customer-related information.
